Sanded the hull with 180, 240 and 320 grit paper. Sanded seats, floorboard, rudder and daggerboard with 120, 180, 240 and 320 grit paper. Made the garage dust-free as well as Possible.

20180507

Painted the hull for the first time. Mixed 500g of DD paint and 250g hardener. Added 5% thinner. Left the mix alone for 30 mins to start the chemical reaction. Used 40mm brush and roller to paint the hull. It took about 90 mins.

20180508

Applied second coat of paint to the outside of the hull. Lightly dry-sanded the hull after 24 hours with 360 grit waterproof paper. Cleaned hull with cloth and used kleefdoekje to pick up dust. Used 750 of DD mix for second coat. Needed 75 mins.

20180509

Applied third coat of paint. Sanded lightly with 600g paper.
