During the weekend I worked on the nesting of the panels and the bulkhead positions. The screendump was made after importing the 1:1 DXF file into DrawSight. The grid consists of 2500x1220 Bruynzeel HH sheets.

The hull panels were laid out once (far right). By putting two sheets on top of each other, we can saw them in one go.

To the left of the hull panels, the structural bulkheads and bottom are laid out.

Still further to the left, one sheet has the daggerboard bulkheads. The other sheet has the bulkheads for the building jig (which will be made out of MDF).

The sheets at the left contain the deck and an extra bulkhead. From the deck drawing we will use the bow and aft tank.

In all we will need 10 sheets of Bruynzeel HH plywood (8mm). This should also cover the daggerboard casing, rudder and daggerboard, floorboards, and removable benches for sitting and sleeping. We will also need two sheets of MDF (15mm). And about 30m of oregon pine planks (4x1.5cm) for the gunwales, tiller etc.
